Reception are learning about transport.
So Miss Maddison said, 'Let's go on a bus and train to see the differences between these two forms of transport.'
We soon realised you had to wait for both but for the bus you needed to put your arm out to request it to stop and the train always stops at the platform.
You can see the driver on a bus, however you very rarely see the train driver.
Sitting on both felt the same.
We discovered, you didn't need to press the stop button on a train, like you would on a bus but you had to press the open door button on the train to get off.
We arrived in Bexley and Miss Maddison took us to the park where we played for a while before heading back to school to write about our journey.
