September is Roald Dahl’s birth month and this year on the 13th, Mrs M.J organised a fun day of activities linked to Roald and his stories.
That was not all the fun, no!
We also came to school dressed as various book characters from Mr Dahl's vast collection of stories. This day is known as Dahlicious Dress-up Day and I'm sure Mr Dahl would have been proud of the effort Orchard pupils put into their costumes and how well they could explain why they had chosen that character.
Amazingly if Roald Dahl were alive today, he’d be 101 this year and imagine how many books he would have managed to write in that extra time.
